If you want to use something
You probably don't need to ask. Everything here is CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 — copy it, remix it, draw it, translate it, put it in your game. Credit me, don't sell it, and share what you make on the same terms.
Commercial use is the one thing that needs a word first, and the answer is usually yes. Tell me what you have in mind: which work, what you want to do, roughly what scale. That's it — I'm not going to make you fill out anything.
If you're curious why a free-culture person keeps the NonCommercial clause at all, I wrote about that in 2009. Short version: it's about being asked, not about saying no.
If you made something
Send it. Genuinely — the whole point of the Commons is that people build on this stuff, and I'd like to see it. Nothing is more satisfying than finding out where an idea ended up.
If something's broken
Twenty-plus years of posts moved house recently. If a link is dead, an image is missing, or a page looks wrong, I'd like to know — the permanence pledge only means something if someone tells me when it slips.
