The first TorrentBoy book, and the first title of the open-source franchise. Wesley is an ordinary kid with a talking watch that turns him into a superhero. Crash is a teddy bear with a laser blaster. Gabby is the girl who ends up in it alongside them. And Lord Thorax has a plan to take over the world by turning everyone in it into zombies.
Written for kids aged 6 to 11, and tested on them. Every creative material behind the property was released under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike so that anyone could write in the world, draw in it, or build on what somebody else had already added — which makes this the clearest ancestor of the Commons.
